Abstract
Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada stressning inson psixologiyasi va jismoniy salomatligiga ta’siri batafsil yoritiladi. Stressning umumiy tushunchasi va uning qisqa muddatli, surunkali, qaytalanuvchi, travmatik, atrof-muhit va fiziologik turlari ham tushuntiriladi. Maqolada stressni samarali boshqarish usullari ham keltirib o’tilgan.References
