Abstract

Annotatsiya: So‘nggi o‘n yillikda uchuvchisiz uchish apparatlari (UUA) zamonaviy jang maydonining sensor, aloqa va zarba “ekotizimi”ga aylandi. UUA’larning arzonligi, tez moslashuvchanligi va tarqatma (mass) qo‘llash imkoniyati klassik qurollar (artilleriya, aviatsiya, PVO) o‘rtasidagi narx-samaradorlik nisbatini qayta shakllantirdi. Xususan, Rossiya–Ukraina urushi hamda 2020-yilgi Nagorno–Qorabog‘ mojarosi tajribalari UUA’larning ISR (razvedka-kuzatuv), artilleriyani korrektirovka qilish, yaqin masofadagi zarbalar (FPV) va loitering munitionlar orqali taktik ustunlik berishini ko‘rsatdi. Shu bilan birga, Counter-UAS (C-UAS) tizimlari — aniqlash, identifikatsiya va zararsizlantirishning ko‘p qatlamli arxitekturasi — UUA tahdidiga javob sifatida jadallik bilan rivojlanmoqda. Maqolada UUA’larning zamonaviy urushdagi o‘rni, ularning doktrinal ta’siri, “sensor-to-shooter” siklini qisqartirishi, C-UAS hamda huquqiy-etika muammolari ilmiy tilda tizimli ko‘rib chiqiladi.
