Abstract
Abstract: The aim of the study was to analyze the clinical and neurological manifestations of discogenic cervical myelopathy in working-age patients. A total of 154 patients (97 men, 57 women) aged 25–65 years were examined, with a disease duration of 6 months to 5 years. Clinical, neurological, and neuroimaging assessments, as well as functional evaluation scales, were applied. The leading manifestations were pyramidal insufficiency, radicular-segmental syndromes, static-dynamic disturbances, and signs of conduction pathway dysfunction. Correlations were identified between symptom severity, the level of discogenic compression, and the duration of the disease. The findings confirm the importance of early diagnosis and patient stratification to optimize treatment strategies.
