The article discusses the important aspects of developing students' creative work skills in pedagogical education, their personal motivation, internal needs, independent thinking, creating a motivational environment in the learning process, taking into account the individual abilities of the student, ensuring a personal development trajectory, understanding the deep essence of pedagogical activity, the relevance of developing creative work skills in the pedagogical education process, the fact that this process ensures innovative thinking of the next generation of teachers, adapting to the fundamental changes taking place in the education system, turning them into one of the main indicators of the quality of competitive personnel, accumulating creative ideas, being able to use new methods, clearly understanding their place and purpose in the pedagogical process, interpreting creative activity as one of the main factors that manifest a person's intellectual potential, the fact that the ability to work creatively is important in all areas, especially in pedagogical practice, the fact that a student's creative thinking helps to strengthen his professional competencies, find effective methods in working with students, ensuring an innovative, interactive and successful pedagogical process. interpreted.
