Abstract
Abstract: This article presents a comparative analysis of international experience in implementing dual education and workplace-integrated vocational training systems for the preparation of highly qualified specialists for the light industry sector. Based on the comparative analysis, the most relevant elements of international practice for Uzbekistan’s light industry have been identified. The article also develops proposals and recommendations for introducing a dual training model based on cooperation among educational institutions, industrial enterprises, and sectoral associations.References
