Abstract
Annotatsiya:Mazkur maqolada Milliy malaka tizimi sharoitida taʼlim muassasalarining strategik oʻrni va ularning zamonaviy taʼlim jarayonidagi funksiyalari tahlil qilingan. Taʼlim muassasalarida kompetensiyaga asoslangan taʼlimni joriy etish, mehnat bozori talablariga mos kadrlar tayyorlash, dual taʼlim va mustaqil baholash tizimining ahamiyati yoritilgan.
