Abstract
Abstract: The automobile tire manufacturing industry plays a crucial role in creating safe and reliable vehicles. The article examines quality control systems in the production of automobile tires and their impact on production efficiency. Quality control methods in tire manufacturing, including destructive and non-destructive testing, automated monitoring systems, and statistical quality analysis, are discussed. These quality control systems influence the determination of tire's physical-mechanical properties, fatigue strength, internal pressure resistance, and other key parameters. The effectiveness of quality control is examined in terms of how it affects the performance and safety of vehicles. The implementation of quality control systems in the production process improves the longevity and safety of automobile tires. The future integration of artificial intelligence and big data technologies will further enhance the effectiveness of quality control systems.
