Abstract
Abstract. This paper investigates the impact of production well density on gas recovery performance and the efficiency of gas field development. The drainage area associated with a single well was determined, and various well spacing scenarios were comparatively evaluated. The findings indicate that an optimal well density contributes to more uniform gas production, enhanced reservoir sweep efficiency, and more Effective utilization of the operating well stock.
