Abstract

Abstract; This article discusses the main principles of creating a digital health promotion system for students. It analyzes the use of modern information and communication technologies to support a healthy lifestyle, monitor physical activity, and track psychological well-being. The study also considers personalized approaches through digital platforms and the integration of health-promoting components into the educational process.
