Abstract

Abstract: This article explores the critical relationship between needle penetration depth and the efficacy of percutaneous collagen induction therapy. While microneedling is widely utilized for skin rejuvenation, its clinical success depends on the precise modulation of controlled injury to the dermis. This study examines how different depth settings influence the inflammatory cascade and the subsequent synthesis of collagen and elastin fibers. By analyzing the physiological response of various skin layers, the paper highlights the necessity of tailoring needle depth to specific dermatological conditions to optimize aesthetic outcomes and ensure patient safety.
