Abstract

Annotatsiya: Mazkur maqolada texnologik mashina va jihozlar ta’lim yo‘nalishida tahsil olayotgan talabalar kasbiy kompetensiyasini shakllantirishning pedagogik modeli hamda uni baholashga xizmat qiluvchi diagnostik metodika ilmiy asosda ishlab chiqiladi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi zamonaviy muhandislik ta’limida ishlab chiqarish talablariga mos yuqori malakali mutaxassislarni tayyorlash zarurati bilan izohlanadi. Maqolada kasbiy kompetensiya tushunchasining nazariy asoslari, uning tarkibiy komponentlari (motivatsion, kognitiv, faoliyatga yo‘naltirilgan va refleksiv komponentlar) hamda ularni rivojlantirishga xizmat qiluvchi pedagogik shart-sharoitlar tahlil qilinadi.Tadqiqot jarayonida tizimli yondashuv, kompetensiyaviy yondashuv, faoliyatga yo‘naltirilgan ta’lim modeli hamda muhandislik ta’limining integrativ tamoyillaridan foydalanildi. Shuningdek, talabalar kasbiy kompetensiyasining shakllanish darajasini aniqlash uchun diagnostik mezonlar, indikatorlar va baholash ko‘rsatkichlari ishlab chiqildi. Diagnostik metodika so‘rovnoma, test, kuzatuv va ekspert baholash usullarini o‘z ichiga oladi.Natijada texnologik mashina va jihozlar ta’lim yo‘nalishi talabalarida kasbiy kompetensiyani bosqichma-bosqich rivojlantirishga xizmat qiluvchi pedagogik model taklif etildi hamda uning samaradorligini aniqlashga imkon beruvchi diagnostik mexanizm ishlab chiqildi. Tadqiqot natijalari muhandislik ta’limini modernizatsiya qilish, o‘quv jarayoniga innovatsion pedagogik texnologiyalarni joriy etish hamda talabalarning kasbiy tayyorgarlik darajasini oshirishda muhim ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
