Abstract

Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra, MSCT tekshiruvlari umumiy olganda  rentgen tadqiqotlarining 10–15 % ini tashkil qilsada, bemorlar oladigan  nurlanish dozasining 40–60 % ini tashkil qiladi. Shu sababli multispiral kompyuter tomografiya (MSKT) dozimetriyasi va sifat nazorati masalasi radiatsion xavfsizlik nuqtai nazaridan alohida ahamiyatga ega.

  Multispiral kompyuter tomografiya — bu yuqori tezlikda ishlovchi, ko‘p qatorli detektorlar tizimiga ega bo‘lgan, bir vaqtning o’zida bir nechta kesmalar oladigan rentgen tomografiya usuli hisoblanadi. MSKT tekshiruvlarida bemor oladigan o‘rtacha doza tekshiruv turiga qarab farqlanadi:  bosh miya tekshiruvlarida 1,5–2,5 mSv, ko‘krak qafasida 5–7 mSv, qorin bo‘shlig‘i tekshiruvlarida esa 8–10 mSv atrofida bo‘lishi mumkin. Bu ko‘rsatkichlar oddiy rentgenografiyaga nisbatan 5–20 barobar yuqori bo‘lishi mumkin.
