Abstract

Annotatsiya: O‘simlik moylarini epoksidlash muhim sanoat jarayonidir. Maqolada kungaboqar yog‘i epoksidlanishi mahsulotining, hosildorligiga bir qator shartlarning (epoksidlovchi aralashmaning tarkibi, reaksiya vaqti, aralashtirish) ta’siri ko'rib chiqiladi. Epoksidlangan oʻsimlik moylarining tarkibi Roman spektri tahlili yordamida oʻrganildi. Chumoli kislotasi va vodorod periksni intensiv aralashtirish bilan katta hajmlarda va reaksiya aralashmasiga asta-sekin peroksid qo‘shilishi bilan foydalanish maqbul ekanligi aniqlandi.
