Abstract
Annotation: Inclusive education in technical colleges is a critical component of modern vocational education systems, aiming to provide equitable access to professional training for all students, including those with special educational needs. This study analyzes the organizational and pedagogical mechanisms that support inclusive education, emphasizing institutional readiness, adaptive curricula, flexible teaching methods, and inclusive practical training. The role of teachers and industrial training instructors is examined, highlighting their influence on creating supportive learning environments and fostering professional competencies. Challenges such as limited resources, insufficient adaptive equipment, and lack of specialized training are identified, and strategies for improving inclusivity are proposed. The study underscores the importance of collaboration between educational institutions, external stakeholders, and support services to ensure sustainable and effective inclusive education practices. Implementing these mechanisms not only enhances academic achievement but also promotes social inclusion, employability, and economic participation for students with disabilities. The findings provide practical guidance for educators, administrators, and policymakers seeking to strengthen inclusive practices within technical colleges and contribute to the development of equitable vocational education systems.
