Abstract

Abstract: This article examines the dual education system in Germany, which is widely regarded as one of the most effective vocational training models in the world, and explores the possibilities of adapting its key principles and mechanisms to the educational context of Uzbekistan. The study provides a comprehensive analysis of the structural, organizational, and pedagogical features of the German dual system, including the roles of employers, vocational schools, chambers of commerce, and government agencies. Through a comparative methodology, the article identifies the strengths and challenges of the German model and evaluates the current state of vocational education in Uzbekistan, particularly in the context of training future preschool educators. The findings suggest that selective adaptation of dual education elements—such as strengthened employer engagement, competency-based curricula, mentorship frameworks, and quality assurance mechanisms—can significantly enhance the professional preparation of future educators in Uzbekistan. The article concludes with practical recommendations for implementing dual education principles within the Uzbek vocational education system.
