Abstract

Abstract: Congenital orthopedic diseases represent a significant group of musculoskeletal disorders that are present at birth, affecting the structure and function of bones, joints, and muscles. Early diagnosis of these conditions is of utmost importance as it plays a decisive role in ensuring the best possible outcomes for affected children. Congenital orthopedic conditions can vary from mild anomalies, such as minor digit malformations, to severe deformities like clubfoot, developmental dysplasia of the hip, scoliosis, and limb deficiencies. The overall goal of early detection is to enable timely intervention, prevent long-term disability, and improve the quality of life for patients.
