Abstract
Abstract: Modern technologies have brought innovative changes to foreign language education, particularly in the development of speaking skills. Digital tools such as video conferencing, speech-recognition software, podcasts, and interactive platforms enhance learners’ opportunities for practice, feedback, and communicative interaction. However, despite these advantages, technology-based instruction also presents challenges, including reduced face-to-face communication, feelings of isolation, and decreased motivation among learners. This paper explores both the strengths and limitations of modern technologies in teaching oral communication and argues that a balanced integration of digital tools and traditional interaction is essential for effective language learning.
