Abstract

Annotatsiya. Maqolada Yangi O‘zbekiston sharoitida harbiy kadrlarni tayyorlash tizimining transformatsiyasi va uni takomillashtirishning ustuvor yo‘nalishlari tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy xavfsizlik muhiti, qurolli mojarolar xususiyatlari hamda harbiy texnologiyalarning jadal rivojlanishi sharoitida ofitserning professional kompetentligiga qo‘yilayotgan yangi talablar asoslangan. Tadqiqot natijasida tashqi talablar, adaptiv tayyorlash mexanizmi va professional natijani yagona tizimga birlashtiruvchi adaptiv harbiy kadrlar tayyorlashning konseptual modeli taklif etilgan.
