Abstract
Abstract. This article examines the institutional, information-analytical and practical significance of digital employment platforms in the development of regional labour market infrastructure. The author analyses the differences between traditional employment services and digital platforms according to the criteria of speed, transparency, coverage, effectiveness and regional adaptability. The study substantiates that digital platforms should be considered not merely as technical tools connecting jobseekers and employers, but as infrastructural mechanisms that make it possible to monitor labour demand and supply in real time, identify mismatches in professional qualifications, provide targeted support for youth and women’s employment, reduce informal employment and evaluate the effectiveness of employment policy. At the end of the article, practical recommendations are developed for shaping a regional digital employment infrastructure model.
