Abstract

Annotatsiya: So‘nggi yillarda sun’iy intellekt va chuqur o‘rganish (deep learning) texnologiyalarining jadal rivojlanishi deepfake texnologiyalarining keng tarqalishiga olib keldi. Ushbu texnologiyalar dastlab ijobiy maqsadlarda qo‘llanilgan bo‘lsada, hozirgi kunda ijtimoiy tarmoqlarda shaxsni soxtalashtirish, moliyaviy firibgarlik, yolg‘on axborot tarqatish va obro‘sizlantirish kabi kiberjinoyatlarni amalga oshirishda faol qo‘llanilmoqda. Bu holat axborot xavfsizligi uchun jiddiy tahdid tug‘dirmoqda. Mazkur tadqiqotning maqsadi deepfake texnologiyalari orqali amalga oshiriladigan kiberjinoyatlarni aniqlashdagi mavjud muammolarni tahlil qilish hamda ularni bartaraf etishga qaratilgan samarali intellektual yechimlarni ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqotda FaceForensics++, DeepFake Detection Challenge va ASVspoof ochiq ma’lumotlar to‘plamlaridan foydalanildi. Metodologiya konvolyutsion va rekurrent neyron tarmoqlar hamda multimodal xususiyatlarni birlashtirishga asoslangan. Tadqiqotning ilmiy yangiligi video va audio ma’lumotlarni birgalikda tahlil qiluvchi multimodal yondashuvni taklif etishdan iborat bo‘lib, u deepfake asosidagi kiberjinoyatlarni aniqlash samaradorligini sezilarli darajada oshiradi.
