Abstract

Abstract: Modern project management is characterized by complex decision-making processes under conditions of uncertainty, limited resources, and multiple constraints. In such environments, traditional analytical approaches are often insufficient to ensure timely and well-grounded managerial decisions. This paper addresses the problem of developing an integrated visualization system based on numerical models to support decision-making in project management. The proposed approach combines mathematical modeling, optimization techniques, and interactive visualization tools within a unified information environment. The system enables real-time analysis of project parameters, comparison of alternative scenarios, and improves the efficiency and reliability of managerial decisions.
