Abstract
Abstract: This study examines the role of communicative competence in developing students’ soft skills in higher education. Using a qualitative, model-based analytical approach, the research explores how communicative competence contributes to key skills such as communication, teamwork, critical thinking, adaptability, and self-confidence. The findings indicate that this relationship is mediated by interaction-based learning processes, including collaboration and feedback exchange. The study proposes a conceptual model highlighting communicative competence as a driver of soft skills development and emphasizes the importance of interactive teaching approaches in modern education.References
