Abstract
Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola kasalxona ichida tarqaluvchi yuqumli kasalliklar (Gospital infeksiyalar, GI) qo'zg'atuvchilari orasida opportunistik patogenlarning rolini tahlil qiladi. Opportunistik infeksiyalar odatda immunitet tizimi zaiflashgan bemorlarda uchraydi va kasallikning og'irlashuviga, statsionar davolanish muddatining uzayishiga hamda o'lim darajasining oshishiga olib keladi. Maqolada GI ning keng tarqalgan opportunistik qo'zg'atuvchilari, ularning patogenlik mexanizmlari va kasallikning rivojlanishidagi o'rni ko'rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, ushbu infeksiyalarni aniqlash va samarali oldini olish bo'yicha mavjud va yangi diagnostik hamda terapevtik strategiyalar muhokama qilinadi. Antibiotiklarga chidamlilikning ortib borayotgan muammosi ham e'tiborga olinib, uning oldini olishga qaratilgan tadbirlarning ahamiyati ta'kidlanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari kasalxona sharoitida GI ning oldini olish va nazorat qilish bo'yicha muhim ma'lumotlar beradi.
