Abstract
Annotatsiya. Ushbu maqola ionlashtiruvchi nurlanishning neyroendokrin tizim xususan qalqonsimon bezga morfofunksional ta’sirini tizimli adabiyot sharhi asosida tahlil etadi. Maqolada gipotalamus-gipofiz o‘qi, buyrak usti bezlari va qalqonsimon bezda nurlanish ta’sirida yuzaga keluvchi gistologik va funksional o‘zgarishlar, shu jumladan follikulyar epiteliyning shikastlanishi, tireoid gormonlar (T3, T4) darajasining dozaga bog‘liq holda o‘zgarishi va gipotireozning rivojlanish mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Chernobil (1986) va Fukushima (2011) yadro avariyalarining epidemiologik natijalari qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, bolalik davrida qalqonsimon bez saraton xavfining statistik jihatdan aniq yuqoriligi tasdiqlangan. Bundan tashqari, radioaktiv ¹³¹I ning ichki nurlanish mexanizmi va fuqaro muhofazasi nuqtayi nazaridan profilaktik choralar kaliy yodid qo‘llash, oziq-ovqat nazorati, evakuatsiya va uzoq muddatli tibbiy monitoring ning ilmiy asoslari bayon etiladi.
