Abstract
Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada xodimning mehnat huquqlari buzilganda ma’naviy ziyonni kompensatsiya qilish institutining nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning predmeti mehnat huquqlarining buzilishi oqibatida xodimga yetkazilgan ma’naviy va jismoniy aziyatlarning huquqiy bahosi, ularni kompensatsiya qilish asoslari, sud tomonidan miqdorni belgilash mezonlari hamda ushbu institutni takomillashtirish masalalaridan iborat. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi shundaki, O‘zbekiston Respublikasining amaldagi mehnat qonunchiligida ma’naviy ziyonni kompensatsiya qilishga doir qoidalar mavjud bo‘lsa-da, ularni qo‘llash amaliyotida miqdorni aniqlash, isbotlash, ayb va sababiy bog‘lanishni baholash, shuningdek turli huquqbuzarliklar bo‘yicha yagona yondashuvni shakllantirish bilan bog‘liq masalalar saqlanib qolmoqda. O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Konstitutsiyasi, Mehnat kodeksi, Fuqarolik kodeksi, Oliy sud Plenumining 2000-yil 28-apreldagi 7-son va 2023-yil 20-noyabrdagi 26-son qarorlari hamda mahalliy va xorijiy ilmiy adabiyotlar o‘rganildi.
