Abstract

Abstract: The article examines the transformation of engineering education in the context of accelerated scientific and technological development and the digitalization of industry. It substantiates the need to shift from traditional theory-oriented learning models to practice-oriented approaches that ensure the development of applied competencies among graduates. Particular attention is given to the dual education model as an effective tool for integrating academic training with industrial practice. The key advantages of dual education are analyzed, including increased adaptability of specialists, the development of engineering thinking, and the formation of professional skills in real production environments.
