Abstract
Abstract: Rational nutrition is among the primary needs of every human being, forming the cornerstone of lifelong health and well-being. In today’s rapidly developing and changing world, paying attention to proper eating habits is more important than ever. Rational nutrition encompasses not only the balanced intake of nutrients but also the conscious selection of food, correct meal timing, and the consideration of lifestyle aspects in order to secure both physical and mental well-being.
