Abstract

  Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada COVID‑19 pandemiyasi davrida tibbiyot xodimlarining psixologik holati, ichki stress omillari va umumiy ruhiy sog‘liqka ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Olingan ma’lumotlar asosida muammolar ochib beriladi va samarali psixologik qo‘llab‑quvvatlash usullari tavsiya qilinadi.
