Abstract
Ushbu maqolada yuqori sinf o‘quvchilarida kasbiy qobiliyatlarning namoyon bo‘lishi va shakllanishining ilmiy-nazariy asoslari tahlil qilingan. Psixologik tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, o‘smirlikning yuqori bosqichida (15–18 yosh) shaxsning kasbiy qiziqishlari, motivatsiyasi va qobiliyatlari faol shakllanadi hamda bu jarayonda oilaviy, maktab va ijtimoiy omillar muhim rol o‘ynaydi (Super, 1990; Savickas, 2013). “Kasbga moslashuvchanlik” (career adaptability), “kasbiy kompetentlik” (career competencies) va “kasbiy o‘zini aniqlash” (vocational identity) tushunchalari asosida yuqori sinf o‘quvchilari kasbiy yo‘nalishini tanlashga tayyorlanish jarayonining psixologik mexanizmlari ochib beriladi. Maqolada shuningdek, o‘quvchilarning kasbiy qobiliyatlarini rivojlantirishda o‘qituvchilarning yo‘naltiruvchi roli va ta’lim muhitining qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi funksiyasi tahlil etiladi.
