Abstract
Annotatsiya: Mazkur qiyosiy tadqiqot O‘zbekiston va Turkiya oliy ta’lim
muassasalari (OTM) talabalari o‘rtasida yetakchilik faoliyatining namoyon bo‘lish
xususiyatlarini, uni belgilovchi ijtimoiy-madaniy omillarni o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan.
Maqolada yetakchilik nazariyalari (Situatsion, Xarizmatik) Hofstedening madaniy
o‘lchovlari (Kollektivizm/Individualizm, Hokimiyatga Masofa) kontekstida tahlil
qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari (hypotetik empirik ma’lumotlarga asoslangan)
O‘zbekiston talabalarida Kollegial Yetakchilik (guruh ichidagi konsensusga
asoslangan) va Turkiya talabalarida Individual Xarizmatik Yetakchilik tendensiyasi
yuqoriroq ekanini ko‘rsatadi. Muhokama qismida madaniy me’yorlarning yetakchilik
xulqiga ta’siri, jumladan, Hokimiyatga Masofaning namoyon bo‘lishi tahlil etilib,
OTMlarda yetakchilik kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha aniq takliflar
beriladi.
