Abstract
Annotatsiya: Ushbu ilmiy maqola tashkilotlarda innovatsion yetakchilikning
samarali namoyon bo‘lishini belgilovchi murakkab ijtimoiy-psixologik mexanizmlarni
tizimli tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqot yetakchilikning klassik nazariyalarini
(Transformatsion, Xarizmatik) zamonaviy psixologik tushunchalar (Psixologik
xavfsizlik, Tashkiliy adolat, Self-Efficacy) bilan bog‘laydi. Maqolada innovatsion
yetakchi faoliyatining uch asosiy psixologik o‘qi – intellektual rag‘batlantirishni
shakllantirish, xavfni boshqarish madaniyatini yaratish va emotsional intellektga
asoslangan muloqot – chuqur o‘rganiladi. Asosiy xulosa shundan iboratki, innovatsion
yetakchi faqat g‘oyalarni boshqaruvchi emas, balki guruh ichidagi ishonch, adolat va
shaxsiy avtonomiyani ta’minlovchi ijtimoiy-emotsional me’mor sifatida faoliyat
yuritadi. Maqola yetakchilik amaliyotini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan kompleks
psixologik tavsiyalarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
