Abstract
Annotatsiya: Mazkur ilmiy maqola O‘zbekiston tashkilotlari kontekstida
innovatsion faoliyatning ijtimoiy-psixologik mexanizmlarini kompleks tahlil qilishga
qaratilgan. Tadqiqot uch darajada — shaxsiy (kreativlik, motivatsiya), guruhiy
(psixologik xavfsizlik, jamoaviy ziddiyat) va tashkiliy-madaniy (rahbarlik uslubi,
Hokimiyatga Masofa, Noaniqlikdan Qochish) omillarni tizimli baholaydi. Maqolada
G‘arbning klassik nazariyalari (Amabile, Edmondson, Hofstede) mahalliy byurokratik
tuzilma va kollektivistik madaniyat bilan qiyoslanadi. Asosiy xulosa shundan iboratki,
innovatsiyaning asosiy to‘sig‘i iqtisodiy yoki texnologik emas, balki past psixologik
xavfsizlik va avtoritar rahbarlikka asoslangan tashkiliy psixologik muhitdir. Muallif
mazkur psixologik to‘siqlarni bartaraf etishga qaratilgan uch darajali amaliy tavsiyalar
tizimini taklif etadi.
