Abstract

Annotatsiya:  Ushbu  maqolada  Staphylococcus  aureus  bakteriyasining 
morfologik  tuzilishi,  fiziologik  va  biokimyoviy  xususiyatlari,  patogenlik  omillari 
hamda  klinik  ahamiyati  keng  yoritilgan.  Maqolada  bakteriyaning  aniqlanish  tarixi, 
laboratoriyada o‘rganilish usullari, antibiotiklarga chidamlilik mexanizmlari va u bilan 
bog‘liq infeksiyalar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, o‘zbek olimlarining mikrobiologiya 
sohasidagi tadqiqotlari hamda jahon olimlarining Staphylococcus aureus bakteriyasini 
o‘rganishdagi  tarixiy  va  zamonaviy  yondashuvlari  ko‘rib  chiqilgan.  Tadqiqotning 
asosiy  maqsadi  –  ushbu  bakteriyaning  morfologiyasi  va  biologik  xususiyatlarini 
o‘rganish orqali zamonaviy tibbiyotda infektsiyalarni oldini olish va samarali davolash 
strategiyalarini shakllantirishdan iborat.
