Abstract
Maqsad: Tizimli sklerodermiya bilan bog‘liq o‘pka interstitsial kasalligida
(TSD-O‘IK) rituksimab preparatining bir yillik samaradorligini baholash. Material va
usullar: Prospektiv tadqiqotga o‘rtacha yoshi 49±15 bo‘lgan 20 nafar bemor jalb
qilindi. Rituksimab 1 g dan, 6–8 oy oralig‘ida takroran yuborildi. Ko‘rsatkichlar
davolashdan oldin va 13,5±1,7 oy o‘tib baholandi. Natijalar: Teri fibroz ko‘rsatkichi
ikki baravarga kamaydi. FVK 88±18,1% dan 97,24±16,15% gacha, DLCO
55,7±16,1% dan 62,2±17,4% gacha oshdi. CRP va anti-topoizomeraza I antitanachalari
pasaydi. KTda 45% bemorda “xiralangan shisha” belgisi kamaydi. Prednizolon
dozasining qisqarishi va hayot sifati yaxshilanishi qayd etildi. Xulosa: Rituksimab
TSD-O‘IKda teri fibrozini kamaytiruvchi va o‘pka funksiyalarini yaxshilovchi
samarali hamda yaxshi muhosaba qilinadigan terapiya bo‘lib, birinchi qator dori
sifatida qo‘llanilishi mumkin.
